Debit Card Update

We have recently implemented enhanced fraud protection measures on all debit cards to better safeguard our members and the Credit Union.

Debit cards are now active and available for use. As part of these enhancements, we have added an Address Verification feature to your card. Please contact our office to verify your current address to help ensure uninterrupted use of your card.

Due to these enhanced security measures, some transactions may be declined depending on how the merchant processes the payment. We recommend using chip-enabled transactions whenever possible, as these are more likely to be approved.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we prioritize the security of your accounts.
